We understand shopping online can be fun and exciting yet also difficult, so we strive to make it easy for you:

*Processing – Branded T-shirt and other brand logo items may take up to 7-14 business days for processing and shipping time. Other Fashion and Home Interior items may take up to 10 - 15 days though select items (which will be noted in product description) may take longer.

*Shipping – All United States/US orders are shipped via USPS. Please use for shipping estimate to your international locale.

*Exchanges – We strive to provide as much detail regarding sizing. Please note each description before you order for your convenience. We will happily exchange any unused item within 30 days of your package receipt. If we made an error (damaged or defective item) we will replace the item and cover shipping cost.


*Event Refunds – All event purchases are fully refundable prior to 72 hours of the event. Cancellations made within the 72 hours will incur a $50 fee. Those who incur the $50 fee that are rescheduling will receive the $50 as a credit to the next event attended. Other fees not originating with SOFSRI are subject to the party’s/vendor’s refund policy (ie.…hotel, flight, car rental, booth rental or equipment, etc…). SOFSRI is not liable for any third party fees incurred by attendees.


NOTE: All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a SOFSRI Gift Card or store code. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items to receive credit in the form of a SOFSRI E-Gift Card, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Center in accordance with the following Return Policy:

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.

  • Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.

  • SOFSRI reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for Sale or stale items.

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.

  • SOFSRI does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email for assistance.)

  • Return packages must include a completed return information and original packing slip to ensure processing. (Note: If the return information is not filled out correctly, your return may experience delays in processing.)

  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Distribution Center or corporate office or to any employee or partner of SOFSRI.

Additional notes: Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, SOFSRI will not issue store credit for your returns. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a SOFSRI E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away! Isn’t that Awesome! We are always restocking new items for the special SOFSRI!


Helpful Information: when returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience (you can find information on flat rate shipping via ). You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
